Please Note: We ship orders Monday through Friday. Shipping is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time. Purchases made before 12 noon PST will be sent out same day.

Tanner Goods ships orders via UPS and USPS. Carrier options vary based on item and destination. You can expect an automatic email with tracking details once your order ships.

For Ground Shipments, Tanner Goods will choose UPS or USPS as the shipping carrier. If you have a shipping preference, this can be chosen at checkout.

For orders over $200 a signature will be required for the delivery.

Please note that orders will be shipped 2-5 business days after your order has been processed to accommodate production time.

Please contact with your order number if you need to make any changes to your shipping selection. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all updated requests.

The customer assumes responsibility for additional charges on rejected packages.


We offer FREE Domestic Ground shipping on orders shipped within the Continental U.S. *Promotions pertaining to shipping discounts apply only to the continental US.

Ground shipping times are estimates and arrival dates for these are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For 2nd Day and Next Day Air, the fees are based on destination and package weight/dimensions. For accurate shipping prices, load the items of interest into your cart and enter your shipping destination at checkout.

Tanner Goods offers shipping within the United States, APO & FPO addresses, as well as to over 200 countries internationally. We ask that all customers choose their shipping destinations wisely. UPS and USPS delivery times may vary. Choosing a secure shipping address will help ensure safe arrival of your Tanner Goods order.

We ship international packages at a flat rate of USD19.99 via UPS Mail Innovations, a combination of UPS and the destination country’s postal service. This method allows us to offer more accessible international shipping prices to you. This option, however, provides extremely limited tracking and does not guarantee delivery times. 

We have an alternative option provided by UPS called WorldWide Expedited that you can also choose when checking out. This option has a more reliable tracking service as well as guaranteed delivery times, however, this service is provided at a higher cost which is determined once your address is entered at checkout.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for international shipments to be delivered after your order has been processed, depending on destination.

Tanner Goods does not collect any additional fees beyond checkout at Prices listed within our product descriptions are final and we do not charge additional taxes. Customer is responsible for all duties/taxes.



Once orders are shipped, Tanner Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third- party carrier, and as such risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance. The shipping carrier used will be listed on your shipping confirmation email.
