Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Tanner Goods is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible -- we appreciate your understanding.
*International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore Tanner Goods will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages if USPS is selected.
SHIPPING RATESShipping prices are calculated based on real-time courier rates using the dimension of the package and weight plus handling.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONSWe ask that all customers choose their shipping destinations wisely. UPS and USPS shipping schedules vary drastically and deliveries take place throughout the day. Choosing a secure shipping address will help ensure safe arrival of your Tanner Goods order.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGESOnce orders have left our workshop, Tanner Goods cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?Nearly all Tanner Goods products are handmade to order by our team of craftspeople here in Portland, Oregon. Due to the nature of our work, we do require up to 5 business days for production time. All Woodlands third party apparel, outerwear and footwear will ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
We are unable to accommodate split shipments. Please refer to shipping details for each individual product if you are purchasing multiple items, as lead times may vary for each.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?We are working quickly to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite orders at this time.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?We are unable to accommodate custom orders here at our workshop. You may be able to find a local leatherworker who can perform modifications on a small scale.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?You can expect an automated email confirmation including tracking information once your order has shipped.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?If you need to update your order or shipping information, please email email@example.com immediately. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all order update requests.
MY TRACKING NUMBER TELLS ME MY PACKAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED – WHAT’S GOING ON?USPS reuses tracking numbers. Within the first 24 hours or so after you receive a shipping confirmation, you may see that your item has already been delivered. Don’t worry, this is just outdated information from the last time the tracking number was used. Your correct information should display within 24 to 36 hours. Feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org if the issue remains unresolved after 36 hours.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?Although this is unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary.
Tanner Goods reserves the right to cancel any order.
