Any items purchased in the month of November may be returned for exchange or refund by December 31st, 2020. All orders purchased after December 1st will be covered by our 30-day return policy.
Need to make a return? Let’s keep it simple. Tanner Goods gladly accepts returns for refund, exchange, or store credit on unused, qualifying items within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
How to make a domestic return or exchange online -
- To start, head over to our Returns Center and have your order number or email address handy.
- Click ‘Return Item’ for the product(s) you wish to return.
- Complete the guided steps within the Return Center, selecting if you’d like to return the item or possibly exchange for another size, and obtain a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Follow the instructions on how to send back your item(s).
- Once your item is returned to the warehouse, you will be refunded to your original method of payment.
You’ll notice with our new Returns Center that an Instant Refund credit is now available for qualified returns. You can use this credit to make new purchases immediately, using an online gift-code. If you elect not to use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded once we’ve received your item(s).
Please note: you have 30 days to send your item back for a full refund. Items that have been worn or used will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
If you need to change shipping information after your order is placed, please reach out with that information. We do our best to accommodate all requests.
Monogrammed products and final sale items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.
How to make an international return or exchange online -
We are currently looking for ways to improve our international shipping prices and returns policy. At the moment, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the U.S. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact customer service for more info.
How to make a return or exchange in our retail stores -
Products purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged in a Tanner Goods retail location.
Currently, we are unable to give cash refunds. We can only process refunds to the same credit card used for purchase or give the refund as a store credit.

Limited Lifetime Warranty for Tanner Goods Products
We take pride in the quality and durability of our goods which is why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for every qualifying in-line Tanner Goods leather or bag style purchased from our retail stores, www.tannergoods.com, or authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required in order to receive a qualifying warranty repair.
We stand by the design, quality and craftsmanship of our goods which is why we are happy to cover issue due to a manufacturer defect incurred during the lifetime of your items. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to the lifetime of our bags for up to 4 years and leather goods for up to 8 years and covers defective seam stitching, faulty zippers, hardware defects and fabric defects. We will always attempt to repair your item with original or similar materials, however in some cases we may need to use new materials or material colors for your repair. We will always discuss these options with you prior to making the repair.
Please note that we are unable to offer leather restoration. You can reference our leather care information within our FAQ page of the website.
Every item is subject to review by our customer service team. All repairs require proof of purchase. Some repairs that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect may require a reasonable fee. Final Sale, Clearance and Sample Sale items are not covered by our warranty.
