The 6 inch Chef's Knife is precisely crafted using a three layer construction that features a razor-sharp cutting edge layered between a flexible stainless steel surface to ensure a lifetime of performance.
G10 Handle: A state of the art fiberglass composite that will last multiple generations. It is completely stable, impervious to the elements while still surprisingly warm in the hand.
Also available with Sandalwood handle.
The blades are crafted from a three layer stainless steel billet that features a center core of 9CR13 steel. This core cutting steel is clad with softer stainless layers creating additional tensile strength, flex, and resilience.
