Tanner Goods | Mazama gladly accepts returns for refund, exchange, or store credit on unused, qualifying items within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Monogrammed items, final sale, and sample sale goods will not be eligible for returns and exchanges.

Domestic Rates

For destinations in the contiguous United States we offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping  / 2-5 business days / $7.50 flat rate, Free over $199

  • We usually ship USPS but will use UPS for the heavy stuff
  • Orders over $199 ship free
  • Ships within 2 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air / 2-3 business days / $10 flat rate

Next day shipping is available and depends on size of package and destination.

For orders headed to Alaska and Hawai'i:

  • Orders over $199 ship free
  • Expedited shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on actual rates.

 

International Shipping

For orders headed to Canada we offer a special flat rate through UPS.

UPS Standard to Canada / 4-7 business days / $15 US flat rate

 

For all other international orders, expedited shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on actual rates.
