We offer free shipping for domestic orders of $199 or more. Standard shipping charges will be added to all international orders.
Domestic Shipping
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days directly from our warehouse near Portland, Oregon. You have the option to select between carriers at checkout. Orders $199 and over will automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping / 3-5 business days / $9.50 flat rate
UPS 2nd Day Air / 2-3 business days / $12.50 flat rate
More expedited shipping options may appear at checkout and depend on size of package and destination.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands:
- Orders over $199 ship for free.
- Shipping fees on orders under $199 will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends. If you place an order late Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be processed for fulfillment until the next business day.
Regarding USPS late deliveries: Please be aware that you may receive a delivery confirmation email before your package has been delivered. If you package still has not arrive after 72 hrs please contact us at service@tannergoods.com
International Shipping
We currently provided flat-rate DHL International shipping for the EU and Canada. We will be offering more soon. Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. may vary depending on the destination and are displayed on the checkout page. Additional customs fees or duties may apply, depending on the destination country. We cannot estimate customs fees or duties at this time.
Please note that customs/duties fees (GST/VAT) are not included in the price of shipping so the customer accepts responsibility upon delivery if applicable.
Tanner Goods | Mazama gladly accepts returns for refund, exchange, or store credit on unused, qualifying items within 40 days of shipment date. Monogrammed items, final sale, and sample sale goods will not be eligible for returns and exchanges.
