Web & eCommerce Manager

Tanner Goods is currently seeking a Web & eCommerce Manager to integrate into its team based in Portland, Oregon. The Web & eCommerce Manager will manage all daily aspects of our Shopify website and online retail operations, and identify an executable roadmap to improve the UX and drive online sales. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Full back-to-frontend management of our Shopify eCommerce operation, including ownership of all conversion funnels throughout our multi-category e-commerce storefront
  • Create and manage of all eCommerce product areas, including individual product creation and upload
  • Fully Manage the Shopify CMS, including all updates to the frontend skin
  • Implement e-commerce product launches and promotions
  • Manage product tagging and copy attributes to optimize SEO value
  • Collaborate with code developers to optimize site across all browsers
  • Research and report on new e-commerce features and other growth opportunities
  • Evaluate site metrics to improve UX, conversion rate and generate additional revenue

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with website management, e-commerce sites preferred
  • Practical knowledge of Shopify’s Content Management System as well as website analytics
  • Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development (no coding skills required)
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and good photo editing skills
  • Familiarity with Stitch Labs inventory management (or similar software) is a plus
