ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ECommerce Manager has excellent communication skills and the ability to create and manage ecommerce marketing tools across multiple digital channels, with specific daily goals and deliverables. Working in close contact with the CEO and our advertising partners, they will be collaborating at all aspects of ecommerce, including creating Social Media, email and other digital content, developing and executing ideas to expand the reach of the brand. This is an executive position that will allow you expand your previous experience by working for a well-established brand with operations in the US and several international markets.
- Collaborating on creative ideas for how to expand our brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, etc.
- Creating and developing content for social media, newsletters, etc. This includes crafting complete email blasts, writing copy, and editing photos and product images, creating and editing short videos, and telling our brand’s stories on a daily basis in an authentic, and engaging style.
- Collaborating at the planning and development of advertising materials, including SM advertising and engagement campaigns on FB/IG..
- Collaborating at the definition and execution of partnership and co-marketing initiatives.
- Analyzing and reporting on information from multiple digital marketing tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Social Media etc.)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Proven experience in ecommerce management and its main marketing tools (email, sms, digital advertising, remarketing, SEM, SEO). Experience with Klayvio preferred.
- Flawless copywriting
- Proven expertise on the main Social Media platforms
- Basic photo editing and graphic design skills (Adobe CS or similar).
- Basic video editing skills
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS OR LICENSES REQUIRED
No certifications are required
SOFTWARE SKILLS
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including intermediate to advanced level with Excel, proficiency with Outlook and Word is required. Experience with Google document, slides and sheets is required. Advanced experience with Adobe suite experience is required. Basic knowledge of the most common digital marketing tools and the ability to write compelling copy.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Must have the ability to read and follow written procedures consistently. Must be able to respond clearly and concisely to inquiries and questions from management and internal team members within and across departments, both verbally and in written correspondence. Must keep manager apprised of progress or alert for arising issues that require additional support or escalation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT
