Orders

Most of our product is made to order by our team of craftsmen here in Portland, Oregon. Because of the nature of our process, items purchased may take 2-3 weeks to produce. Upon ordering, a receipt is emailed detailing items purchased and shipping address. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Tanner Goods does not assume responsibility for shipping items to an incorrect address.

Tanner Goods may cancel orders at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason we feel is necessary. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order, Tanner Goods will reissue the credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
