Tanner Goods ships all online orders via USPS Priority (Insured) in the US/Canada and Fed Ex Express for international orders. Tracking numbers provided at the time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Tanner Goods is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product, or for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

Tanner Goods will gladly accept returns for an exchange or store credit of equal value. Due to the made to order nature of our products, Tanner Goods will not offer refunds of any kind. All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached. A legible, hand written or typed note including the customer's e-mail address, full name and shipping address must accompany any return. Tanner Goods will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Tanner Goods. If all conditions are met, the customer’s account will be credited. If all of the criteria is not met, items will be shipped back to the customer.
All returns must be approved beforehand. Please contact us to request a return authorization via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to Tanner Goods and the replacement item shipping cost, unless the item is found to be defective.
The same return policy applies. Once the customer receives a Return Authorization, they will be sent a shipping label for returning the merchandise.
