Cascadian Fabrications Inc. is looking for a retail sales associate for our Tanner Goods and Woodlands retail stores. CFI is a fast growing company that is looking for motivated sales driven associates to grow with us. As a CFI associate your mission will be to deliver a premium consumer experience by demonstrating your passion for the product and culture, and the expertise to navigate through individual needs.

Description:

·      Part time retail sales associate

·      12-16 hours per week

·      Salary based on experience

Responsibilities:

·      Deliver a quality customer service experience, building a relationship that will keep customers returning in the future looking for you

·      Performs all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service and maintaining store standards

·      Maintain knowledge of multiple store fronts

·      Assist with inventory management and floor replenishment

·      Greeting, fitting and assisting with meeting the customers needs and ensuring they experience the full breadth of our product lines

·      Be available to operate the cash register for regular transactions

·      Perform shipping and receiving duties

·      Perform cleaning duties

Requirements:

·      1-2 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising

·      Ability to work variety of shifts

·      Good communication skills

·      Ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly, cooperative and pleasant manner
