It's pretty incredible to take a step back and see how far we've come in a few short years. Our small operation has grown at a pretty quick pace since 2009, and we couldn't have made it to where we are without the support of our customers. Every time a person purchases an item from Tanner Goods, they're making a conscious decision to not only support a company manufacturing in the USA, but also providing jobs to people who might otherwise have a difficult time finding work.
We find inspiration in the people who work alongside of us, and believe that when you enjoy the work you do, it really isn't work at that point - it's doing something you're passionate about every day. Our team consists of relatively young creatives, and in this economy our peers are often the people struggling the hardest to carve out a niche for themselves in the workforce. Position: Customer Service & Shipping
About us: Comprised of a handful of design-minded
craftspeople, our workshop develops and manufactures
heritage-inspired goods with a focus on modern craft. Our
output encompasses both private label production as well as
development and manufacture of our own in-house label, Tanner
Goods. We deal in durable goods that are made to last - premium
leather accessories, heavy waxed canvas bags, and other various
utilitarian goods.
Job Description: We're searching to add a team member
that has an unparalleled attention to detail, efficient work
ethic, and ability to work comfortably under pressure.
Personality counts - especially within an intimate team like
ours. Candidates should have 1-2 years experience in customer service and sales, and be an exceptional problem solver.
In addition, we're looking for candidates with a proficiency using multiple shipping platforms included FedEx and USPS. Additional fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks a major plus.
Compensation: Compensation is based on experience. Hours required dependent on weekly workload, but more likely than not it will be a full-time position.
